Favorite Send to FastDrawAlthough Jakob Poeltl has been a heavy focus of the Utes offense in the 2nd half of the season, Utah has balanced scoring with players like Bonam, Kuzma, and Loveridge, not to mention Taylor. Here is a double stagger action run out of the Fast Break looking to get a good look at the basket from the TOK. Option to hit the post man is also there and the shooter can look to curl if the defense trails the screen. Larry Krystowiak does a good job changing his sets and moving his players to where they can be most effective on the floor. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawA wrinkle to a common screen-the-screener play that Austin Peay has run frequently this year, this play is predicated on the defense jamming the middle for the screen-the-screener action. It allows a shooter to leak out to the wing while his defender sags middle to take away the down screen. See More

Favorite Send to FastDrawThis is a set that features a lot of movement and but also requires your players to make a read on the re-screen action. Oregon’s Dwayne Benjamin did a great job sliding the pass to the roll man on the re-screen, but he could have also attacked the basket if he wanted to. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawHere is a play to get your best player the ball quickly (Lebron) or you can move to a 2 man game on the weak side. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis play came out of a timeout from South Carolina and shifted the momentum of the game. The key in this set is the ball reversals that make the defense ignore the weak side short corner. One of the most important concepts of attacking a zone defense is ball movement and attacking the gaps, but I’m a firm believer that screening a zone is even more dangerous. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawI liked this set to open up the game because there was a lot of off ball movement. This looks like it was a read by Jaylen Brown who decided to flare the stagger screen. His defender was ready to pick him up off of the stagger screen and Brown noticed this. That led to an open three-pointer. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawA great way to get a drop-down isolation post out of a Horns set. Lots of clutter on the initial ball side opens the opposite side for a great post-up. Good play from Quin Snyder. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawZone set run by Villanova to shift the zone and set a screen on the zone to get 1 or 2 an open look from 3. See More

Favorite Send to FastDrawWhen a team starts to deny a shooter within the motion weak offense, sometimes a counter is necessary to back the defense off. The Hawks run this counter for Kyle Korver to get him an open three point look off an X-action from the high post. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis backdoor play is great for teams that will either switch or deny the shallow cut to the wing for the point guard. Memphis ran this in the postseason last year against the Portland Trail Blazers in Game 2 of their series after they started Game 1 by pressuring Conley on the perimeter. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawTurning motion weak into a ball screen is an excellent counter for teams that anticipate the cross-down action. It clears out an entire side of the court for the roll man to turn hard to the rim and look to finish. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThe Minnesota Timberwolves ran Motion Weak and Kevin Martin, a strong outside shooter, never set the first cross screen. When the cross screen is not set and the offensive player darts up the down screen, his man will lag behind as he prepares to help on the cross screen. Without any contact with an opposing defender, Martin is free to get a step on his man before the action occurs. This wrinkle is great for a shooter if a team spends a lot of time running cross screens See More
