The Thunder are able to get the ball inbounded easiliy by using 5 as the outlet, since most teams won't deny passes aggressively with their 5's. Once the ball is inbounded, 1 cuts around 5 to receive a handoff. 1 then looks to create off of the ball screen from 5. See More

If the pass is not available, 1 clears to the opposite side. 5/2 execute a DHO. As 2 receives the handoff from 5, 4 & 3 set a weak-side stagger screen for 1. 1 comes off the stagger screen looking for a shot. See More

If the post-up is not available, 5 passes back to 1 and follows into a side pick-and-roll. As 5 rolls to the basket, 2 shakes behind 5's roll to create a single-side bump action. 4 sets a weak-side flare screen for 3. 3 can flare to the corner or cut backdoor to the basket. 1 drives to the nail/elbow and passes to 3 coming off of the flare screen.
