The Los Angeles Lakers used this set to open multiple games in the 2017 NBA Summer League. It provides options for a jump shot for the 5 or for 1 to create off of the dribble handoff.

1 dribbles to the wing.
2 cuts off of the screen from 5 to receive the pass from 1.
4 pops out to receive the pass from 2.

2 sets a pin down screen for 5.
4 passes to 5 for a shot.

DHO Option
2 cuts to the weak side corner as 3 slides up.
5 dribble handoffs with 1.
1 turn the corner to create a shot or drive.
