If the 4 isn't open on the flare or 5 doesn't slip the flare screen, 5 goes and re-screen for 1 with a ball-screen. 2, 3 & 4 space out to give a spread look.

4 sets a ball-screen for 1. 5 flare screens for 4. 1 passes to 4 for shot.

1 passes to 4. 1 follows her pass. 4/1 DHO. 5 flare screens for 4. 5 slips to basket. 1 passes to 5.

5 sets a ball-screen for 1 (twist action). 1 comes off screen. 5 rolls to basket. 5 ducks in for post-up.
