The New York Knicks ran this early offense play in the second quarter of their season opening game against the Cleveland Cavs. They used it after a timeout to get Krystaps Porzingis open for a 3 point shot. 1 reverses the ball through 4(Porzingis) to the 2. 3 (Carmelo Anthony) curls around the staggered screen and sets a screen for 4 who pops out for the shot. This play is very effective when the 3 is an effective scorer who will draw a lot of attention. The 3 leverages that attention to set a screen and free up 4 for a shot.
