About Lance Foreman
An Orlando native, Lance Foreman played four years at North Carolina's Lees-McRae College, collecting all-academic honors and a Bachelor's degree in sports management.
Foreman launched his coaching career in 2007 as junior varsity head coach and varsity assistant at Gainesville's St. Francis Catholic High School. He spent the last two seasons on the staff of hometown Big East program UCF, serving as student manager in 2010-11 and graduate assistant 2011-2012. He earned his Master's degree in sports & fitness from UCF.
As a first year assistant helped the College of Central Florida Patriots to a 34-3 record and a NJCAA national championship.
