Favorite Send to FastDrawFast-paced drill focusing on footwork, balance, and of course putting the ball in the basket. 30 seconds for each rotation keeps it fresh and helps players learn to score from multiple spots on the floor with regularity. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawCompetitive, high energy shooting drill that works on the 1 dribble pullup. Has multiple variations, including competing against the clock, 2 or more in a row at each spot, etc. Great to use during Improvement Season workouts or as a change of pace in practice. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawClose games in NBA Summer League are a great time to experiment with sets and end of game plays (EOG) for coaching staffs. The Los Angeles Lakers executed a great pick the picker action to buy D’Angelo Russell enough time to hit the game winning three. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThe Texas Southern Tigers used this BLOB during their 2015/2016 NCAA season and impressed some of their tough non-conference opponents. The best shooter on the team sets multiple screens before receiving one to get open behind the 3-point line. See More

Favorite Send to FastDrawOne of the harder actions to negate at the recent FIBA U17 World Championships was Bosnia & Herzegovina's cross screen, down screen into middle on ball action which they ran for thier leading player Dzanan Musa. The action allows multiple scoring opportunities for Musa while engaging weakside defenders and allowing the best chance for penetration to a score or kick out 3. We met Bosnia & Herzegovina in the round of 16 and spent a lot of time ensuring we could negate this action. As the game showed they were still able to create positive shots out of this action, even against a heavy scout. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawIn this secondary action, Italy runs a drag action towards the 2 man side and then runs a roll/replace with the big/guard. The guard lifts up from the corner for an open 3-point shot if his defender helps on the roll. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawIn this horns set, 4 pops out for a shot but uses the position of 5 to drive to the rim. 5 rolling to the basket gets "in the way" creating a rub type action when 4 drives. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawItaly runs a high ball-screen towards the single guard side (only one guard on the right wing). Running it this way opens up the right side of the floor for penetration. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis is a simple out of bounds play to get a quick shot on the right wing. The bigs set up on the block and screen in for the guards cutting out for a shot. See More
