Favorite Send to FastDrawThis is a drill from Tom Izzo for working on your help defense. I like the way Coach Izzo lines up between the two lines and gives the help defender feedback as he teaches his help philosophy. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis is a drill that stresses "Turnovers to Touchdowns" It gets players to react to turnovers at mid court and to turn them into easy points. Players must pass ahead sooner and dribble less in order for a team mate to get a clean lay-up. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis is a training progression for one or more players to improve their ballhandling transtions from one or more crossovers into a spin crossover. It begins with a simple front cross into spin crossover and progresses to more challenging combinations and permutations as the player develops more confidence and dexterity. Alternating dominant and non-dominant hands are incorporated to facilitate movement across the court. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawOne reason many of the bigs out of the University of Florida have so much success professionally is that Head Coach Billy Donovan puts them through numerous drills from the NBA level to prepare them. This drill-set is from today's NBA Draft Combine and one that Coach Donovan utilizes very often with his talented bigs. Not only is this a great conditioning drill, but also allows you to put your bigs in multiple situations in small window. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis is a great end of game play for a team to use in a Secondary Break. With about 7 or 8 seconds left on the clock, there is enough time to dribble up in the full court and engage in this action. Likely it has to be a practiced and a default set; if it were to be drawn in a huddle for a late-game play it is likely the defense would apply some sort of full-court pressure, meaning more time would be needed to execute the set. Favorite Send to FastDrawThe Wolverines ran a variety of set plays against the Syracuse Zone for high percentage shots Here is a good play where penetration and a simple out cut leaves the defense withiout coverage on a perimeter shooter See More

Favorite Send to FastDraw1 will give multiple crossovers stationary to set up the defender. 1 then transitions to a quick between the legs move to sell the go, but pulls up into jump shot (freeze pull up). Drill: Use 3 change of directions stationary into a quick between the legs and freeze pullup. Make 15 going towards the baseline and 15 towards the elbow on both sides of the court. See More
