Favorite Send to FastDrawCAVS 13 Duck-In ATO
04/22/2015Here is a simple but effective ATO play that Cleveland ran against Boston. It's a 1-3 high pick and pop with James Jones and Kyrie Irving, and the pin down action for 3 to start the play puts x3 in a trailing position and unable to make a hard hedge against Irving. As 1 throws back to an open Jones, 5 ducks in and occupies his defender, forcing x2 to rotate and leaving J.R. Smith wide open for a corner 3. See More

Favorite Send to FastDrawChris Mooney Richmond Spiders Inbounds Slip Play
03/04/2015Chris Mooney and his Richmond Spiders have been very successful on their inbounds plays this year. They beat #22 VCU Rams last wednesday. They used this inbounds play to force a second overtime. Coach Mooney thought that it was important for his inbounds an waited a split second for T.J. (receiver) to get free on the other side of the basket and didn't throw it to him as soon as he slipped free. Coach Shaka Smart remarked that he would love to have that play back again.
