1 cuts across the lane then out to the perimeter and gets the inbounds pass from 2. Once 1 has the ball, he starts to dribble left as 5 and 4 set a double down-screen for 2. 1 turns back to pass to 2 for a shot.

1 moves toward 5 as if setting a cross screen, but instead pops out to the opposite wing.
2 passes to 1.

1 dribbles toward the middle of the floor, then turns to pass to 2 cutting off of the screen.
