54 Double is a play out of a modified Horns set. The 4 and 5 end up setting two consecutive stagger screens (the first being a ball screen, second a traditional stagger screen for 3 to come off). Great set to get a 3pt look.

1 dribbles to left wing.
2 runs off of 5 and 4 to rim. -
5 and 4 set stagger ball screen for 1 to middle.
2 runs off 3's down screen, looking for the pass from 1. -
5 and 4 go set another stagger screen for 3, who also looks for pass from 1.
