This is a unique formation that puts the defense in a lot of positions to do wrong. The offset box makes for a long tag for the defender at the rim which should mean either a layup, corner 3, or slip to the rim will be open.

2 will backscreen 5's man first

After backscreening 5 to the rim 2 will come off of 4's screen the screener action. 4 should then slip to the rim as he will often be wide open.
If 2 isn't available to shoot a DHO with 1 would be a great counter to this set
