This is a Ladycat BLOB set with several options. There is a 3 option, quick layup, and several other options. After running our Box 1, teams change to man and we run this to get a layup.
- Ref hands ball to 3 and all players sprint out.
- 2 dives for layup as others cut to open spaces.
- Often the 2 to 3 pass is open for shot. Also 4 to 3 pass.
