Here is an action that the Houston Rockets ran in the Western Conference Finals to get Trevor Ariza into a Horns Flare action with the option to pop the big for a shot or iso situation. The 5 who hit the 3 in this situation was Ryan Anderson
- 4 pins down for 3 man in order to create separation in the Horns set.

1 (CP3) comes off of the guard side to push 3 off of the flare screen.
If 3 is open, throw the flare (3 can catch and shoot or rip to rim). - If flare option isn't open, then 5 sprints to set ball screen.

Out of ball screen sprint the action turns into a 2 man game
The 4 who set down screen in first option must play off of whatever is going on in the down screen.
