Developing Positionless Players: Create units or squads of 3 players or more that work together during player development. These units work together on specific actions within an offense from a player development side.

  • Players 1 and 2 start with basketballs.

    Player 5 sprints into a ball screen for 1.

    1 comes off of the ball screen and throws a pocket pass to the rolling 5.

  • 1 relocates after the pass and receives a pass from 2 and takes the shot.

  • In a holistic approach, all players would have the opportunity to work at each spot.
