Favorite Send to FastDrawAn amazing open play from Lenovo Tenerife. Stagger screen for shooter. Doubble drag 2 & 4 to 1, same time 3 curls around 5 and exits at the same wing. 2 after the double drag cuts at the rim and exits from 5 who sets a down screen. 1 passes to 2 for an open 3pt shot. Favorite Send to FastDrawThis play is a variation of the stagger DHO that the Ramblers run. 1 will fake setting the stagger, then cut back to use the screen from 4 before getting the handoff from 5. It's a great counter to catch the defense off balance once they have run the stagger screen a few times. FastModel's biggest offer of the year for new subscribers! Favorite Send to FastDrawCoach Blly Donovan ran this special SLOB play late in game to find a corner 3pt shot. Starting with a stagger screen for 3 to get the ball at the top, then 2 clears to the opposite corner and 4 clears out respectively. 5 relocates to low post area and 1 sprints towards 3, in order to fake a ball screen. 1 slips and pops (slide action) to the gap at the wing area, forcing x2 to rotate, leaving 2 player open in the corner. 5 should block x5 from rotating to the corner. Favorite Send to FastDrawA simple yet effective play that coach Giannis Sfairopoulos of Olympiacos run during the 2017-18 Euroleague season. The misdirection stagger screen and the screen-the-screener action force defenders to commit, so the flare screen set by the center at the end of the play is difficult to disrupt without switching a big onto the opponent's point guard. Favorite Send to FastDrawThe Cleveland Cavs ran this play late in the 1st quarter of their playoff opener against the Indiana Pacers. On the previous possession Cleveland ran the same action except 5 followed 4 for a stagger screen for 3. This time 5 rolled to the basket for the lob catching the defense off guard. x4 and x3 were focused on guarding the pindown action for a shooter (3). x2 can't provide help because he has to guard against the corner 3. When x5 had to help on the ball screen 5 cut to the rim and was wide open for the lob. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis Hawk set is a wrinkle from the Cleveland Cavaliers "Hawk Stagger" action when X2 denies 2 cutting to the basket off of the back screen. Instead of 2 cutting off of the weakside stagger screen from 4 & 5, he sets a double ball-screen with 3 for 1. As 1 attacks off of the ball screen, 3 rolls to the short corner and 5 sets a down screen for 4 as X5 is zoning up to help on the penetration and roll. 1 has option driving it to the basket, passing to 3 on the roll, 2 "shaking" behind 3's roll or drive-and-kick to 4 (Kevin Love) exiting to the wing. Favorite Send to FastDrawThe Golden State Warriors ran a stagger baseline screen for 2 to the right wing. The ball was reverses in the secondary break from the point guard to the trailing big over to the 2 guard on the right wing. The second screener in the original stagger screen then turned and set a cross screen for 4 to the post. 2 enterered the ball in the post to 4 on the right block. As soon as he entered the ball he got a "flare" screen from 5 for the top. Once the defender guarded that action the 5 immediately turned and set a "fire" screen, which is a re screen back towards the ball, for 2. 2 caught the pass out of the post from 4 for a jump shot. Favorite Send to FastDrawStagger screen into Horns sets up a dribble hand off with 1 and 4. If x4 helps on o1 there is no X to tag o4 on the roll because all the help is cleared out. See More
