Tuesday night the Jamaica National Team ran this sideline out of bounds play at the end of the game versus Brazil. Unfortunately, the shot fell short and Brazil won the game. If the defense screws up and you are only down two points, the lob to 4 is your first option followed by 2 sprinting off the screen from 5. See More

This play comes from Ole Miss and Andy Kennedy from several years ago. The 1st option is for 3 to look at 1 for the lob. As 3 then uses the pick & roll he can attack the rim, hit 5 posting up, or throw back to 1 coming off a stagger from 5 and 4. See More

Lawrence Frank drew up another lob play for him, once again banking on the defense paying attention to players other than Carter. Louisville ran this pick & roll play in their 2013 Final Four game versus Wichita State. Siva (1) did an excellent job head hunting X5 after flipping the ball to 2. This action happened very quickly as 2 attacked the paint X4 had to stunt at the ball and X3 sank down to cover 4. All of this action forced so much help that 2 was able to find 3 spotting up in the corner for a catch & shoot. Richard Jefferson and Jason Collins connected on a fantastic alley oop in a 2004 game to beat the Cleveland Cavaliers. The play, designed to get Richard Jefferson free at the rim, works well because of the amount of attention paid to Jason Kidd as their star player. His ability to serve as a decoy away from the basket was instrumental in freeing up space at the basket and getting Jefferson's man away from him. See More

Double swing uses the same action twice in the same set play. After ball is entered to 3, 1 cuts to block and uses 4's down screen to return to original spot. 2 and 3 again swing the wings, with 2 receiving three staggered screens to get open on the right side. After screening for 2, 3 empties out on the left wing. Give it a try! See More
