Spread Ball Screen - False Motion

Spread ball screen concepts are penetrating high school basketball more and more. Shifting the defense before the action adds a little risk, but allows the offense to attack with the defense on the move. Gauntlet Defense Drill

This can’t replace your shell drill, as I am a firm believer that the shell drill is the best baseline teacher for team defense. 1-4 High: UCLA Floppy Duck

After a wing entry and UCLA screen, the ball is centered and there is an option to use screens on either side for a shooter. UCLA Duck Stagger

Weak Hand Dribbling Circuit

Drill: Interior Touch Series
