Triangle Low is a baseline out of bounds action that Jeff Van Gundy ran while the head coach of the Houston Rockets. Obviously your 1st option is to hit 1 for a lay-up after the backscreen is set.
3 (McGrady) set a diagonal backscreen for 1 (Sura). 5 (Ming) then screened in for 3. On the catch, 5 set a side pick & roll for 3. Meanwhile 4 (Barry) lifted as 1 filled the opposite corner.
