Start in a 1-4 Low Set and have the 4 and 5 screen out for the 2 and 3.
 

1 dribbles right and delivers a pass to 2 who gets a re-screen from 5. 1 then cuts to the left wing.
 

3 turns around and screens for 4, who sprints into a ball screen for 2. 5 pops to corner and 4 rolls. OPTION: 5 screens the screener for 4 after 4 sets the ball screen.
 

4 rolls and 2 reads the defense to deliver a pass for a shot.
