This excellent tweak to a double pick & roll is very effective.
4 screens 5 into an elbow pick & roll. As soon as 5 passes 4's shoulder, 4 sprints around and makes it a double pick. 5 rolls hard to the rim and 4 pops. 2 clears to opposite corner.
