3 sets a down-screen for 5. 1 passes to 5. 3 then loops around 5 looking for the hand-off. As soon as 3 gets the ball, 4 sprints over to set a ball-screen. 4 rolls and 1 slides to the corner.

3 cuts back up the lane line to loop around 5 for a hand-off.

4 sets a ball-screen for 3.
3 drives right looking for 4 on the roll or for 1 in the corner for a shot.
