1 gives the ball to 3 on a dribble hand-off. 4 moves over to the right lane line. As 3 dribbles towards the top of the key, 4 screens away for 2 and 5 moves across the lane. If 2 isn't open, 5 sprints up to set a ball-screen for 3. 3 dribbles right as 5 rolls and 2 screens down for 4 who cuts out for a shot.
