Horns set. 1 passes to 4. 1 then sprints into a double screen with 5 for 2. 2 should curl tight off the double screens from 1 and 5.

1st Option: 4 passes to 2 for the lay-up, coming off the double screens from 1 and 5.

5 down screens for 1 to get the reversal pass from 4.

2nd Option: 4 passes to 1 for the shot at the top of the key.

If 1 does not have a shot, 5 sprints to set 1 a high ball screen. On 1's penetrations, 4 lifts to the perimeter, 3 slides up to the wing and 2 cuts out the the opposite corner.

3rd Option: 1 looks to make a play off dribble penetration, coming off 5's high ball screen; or 1 passes to 5 rolling to the rim after the ball screen.
