This was the Charlotte Hornets opening set in the 2015 NBA Summer League, a set designed to get Frank Kaminsky a shot. This set has been run by Rick Carlisle and the Mavericks for Dirk Nowitzki.

1 dribbles up the wing,
2 cuts off double screen from 4 & 5 and curls inside.
3 at the elbow sets ballscreen for 1.

2 and 5 then set double screen for 4 (Frank Kaminsky) to get a shot.
1 comes off ballscreen from 3 and passes to 4.
