WOB: Need 3 Short Clock - FastModel Sports

This is a play to use if you need a quick 3 at the end of the game with a short clock.
2 cuts off a flare from 5 (Throw it if open), then 3 flares off a screen from 1. If neither option is open re-screen for 2 for a catch & shoot.
