In the 2015 NCAA Tournament, Northern Iowa ran this ATO play at the end of their game vs Louisville. What I love about this action is the stagger sells the play so hard that the flare is unexpected at the end.
2 receives a quick dribble hand-off from 1. At the same time 5 and 4 stagger away for 3. As soon as 3 clears 4, 5 turns and flare's 4 for a shot.
