The Cyclones move from a 1-4 high set to a horns formation with a ball-screen from 5 up top and the wing players moving down to the corners. Once 1 is on the left wing, 5 turns to set a down-screen for 4. 4 pops up for a shot and 5 dives to the rim.

1 dribbles to the left wing off of a screen from 5.
3 and 2 slide to the corners.

Once 1 gets to the wing, 5 screens down for 4 who pops up for a shot.
