Frame 1:  2 slice cuts across high post as 3 loops beneath basket. 5 dives to block, then gets a screen from 4 and receives pass from 1.
 

Frame 2:  1 cuts through to opposite corner as 2 and 4 set a pinch screen for 3 to top of key. 5 passes to 3 for shot if open.
 

Frame 3:  If 3 does not have a shot, 4 sets a middle ball screen as 2 spaces to corner.
 

Frame 4:  4 rolls as 3 attacks with options.
