This is a great ballhandling drill for players of all ages.
Start drill with one ball, for older/advanced players you can move to two balls. Make sure players stay low. Change up the dribbles:
-1 ball below knee (right hand/left hand)
-1 ball high dribbles (at shoulder) ((right hand/left hand)
-2 ball below knee (right hand/left hand)
-2 ball high dribbles (right hand/left hand)
-2 ball one high one low dribbles (Switch high/low ball)
