Running different plays out of the same initial formation makes your team harder to scout and harder for your opponent to beat you to spots on the court. See below for a number of different BOBs that can be run from the same formation.
YELLOW
Players 1 & 2 start low.
Player 2 screens up for Player 5
Player 5 sprints to the opposite box looking for the ball from Player 3
Player 1 & Player 4 set a screen for Player 2 coming to the corner for their shot.
Player 1 then pops out high to be the outlet in case Player 3 can't get the ball in bounds.
BLUE
Player 1 screens for Player 2, who runs to the ball side corner and receives a pass from Player 3.
Player 1 sets the screen, they run through an elevator screen set by Players 4 & 5.
Player 3 immediately steps in and posts on the block
Player 2 is looking to pass to Player 3 posting up, Player 2 is coming through the elevator screen.
After setting the screen, player 4 slips/dives to the opposite block, looking for an inital pass from Player 2 (if Player 4's defender hedges out to help guard Player 1) or a pass from Player 1 for a strong duck-in.
RED
Player 1 screens up for Player 5
Player 5 dives to the ball side block
After setting the screen, Player 1 gets a screen from Player 4 and comes ball side corner looking for her shot.
Player 3 is looking to hit Player 5 coming to the block or Player 1 for a jump shot.
Play finishes with Player 4 setting a down screen for Player 2
