After watching last night's game, I think it is only fitting to post a transition drill to work on making your defense SPRINT back to the paint.

Players start cirlcing the wagons; As soon as coach advances the ball to either wing they SPRINT back on defense.
COMMUNICATION IS KEY!

The coach with the ball advances to either wing and the players have to scramble and match up. Object is to get matched up as soon as possible and not allow post entry.
