This is a great drill to help your players work on their mid-range game while also getting into playing shape.
Player starts on the sideline and sprints to the elbow, coach passes for jumper. Player then sprints to half-court and back to FT line for catch & shoot jumper, then sprints to corner and back to elbow for another catch and shoot at elbow.
Repeat both sides
