WOB: Post Direct Passing - FastModel Sports

Today's drill is a great post passing drill.
Coach makes overhead, chest or bounce pass (mix it up) to post. Player must catch it with one hand (Left hand on right block...Right hand on left block).
On the catch they must turn and fire a one handed pass to opposite coach.
Have a rack of balls by the first passer...player must make 10 perfect passes in a row before you can switch sides.
