Oklahoma Sooners Pass Reversal
The pass reversal option begins with the point guard passing to the trailing big man
4 dribbles at 3
3 has option of backdoor on an overplay, but most often 4 executes a dribble handoff with 3
5 moves to lane line to set baseline screen for 2
After the handoff, 4 sets the second of a double screen along the baseline with 5
3 can score off the handoff or center the ball and read 2's cut
2 has a choice to use the baseline double or the downscreen from 1 (most often he uses the baseline double)
3 passes to 2 coming off the baseline double screen. Depending on how he's played, 2 may curl or straight cut.
The Sooners are now into their offense.
Sooners may enter into ballside post
Often, if the post entry is not made the ballside post will step off and execute a side pick-and-roll with the wing
Oklahoma Sooners execute the pass reversal option of their break. Pass to trailer who reverses with a handoff then sets the baseline double screen.
