Doc Rivers ran this with the Boston Celtics during their Big Three era with Rajon Rondo at the point. Rivers would get the ball back into the hands of Rondo coming off a series of screens, and trying to get a three-man action with Rondo, Ray Allen and a big.
- 1 (Rondo) pushes ahead to 2 (Ray Allen) and cuts under the rim. The ball reverses to the trailer 4 (Garnett)
- Rondo then comes out the same side he passed it to, off two screens from 5 (Perkins) and 2 (Allen). Garnett hands the ball off to Rondo, who can attack the rim.
- As Rondo gets the handoff, 4 (Garnett) pins in for 2 (Ray Allen) to pop to the corner, a dangerous action for a shooter
