- The 1 enters the ball into the 4 at the elbow extended.
- The 1 cuts down the middle to steal a layup, post up, or wait to screen.
- The 1 sets the flex screen for the 3 right after the 4 reverses the ball to the 5.
- The 4 sets the down screen for the 1.
