1-4 low BLOB using a cross screen on the in bounder's defender to get an open shot for inbounder. Great set to confuse switching. Could be used if you see a scouting tendency or as a read based on the defense. Video clip below.

2 sets a cross screen on X1 defending the inbound. 4 lifts to the elbow.

1 passes to 5 posting on the block. 4 down screens for 3 on the back side occupying the defense. 1 steps in for the pass from 5 for the shot.
