Taking a look at this play you could add a wrinkle to it. Putting a shooter in the 4 spot and having the 5 rise up when the DHO is happening and setting a fade screen for the 3, and if it's not there just get right into the on-ball back door.
- 1 passes to the 4 , 2&4 run a DHO, 5 cuts over
- 3 sets a on ball for the 2 , 1 back doors, 2 passes to the 1
