A very simple but effective play that coach Jasikevicius ran against Asvel. Horns set to a diagonal screen so his best shooter can choose where to exit. Either to 5 after a pin down or to 4 after a cross screen. Video clip below.

Horns Set.
Entry pass to 5.
1 cuts at the rim.

1 diagonal screen to 2.
1 pops and receives the ball from 5.

5 sets a pin down to 2.
4 sets a turnout screen to 2.
2 chooses where to exit.
