Today's FastDraw Play of the Day is a simple quick hitter to run vs a zone to try and catch the defenders in a rotation. Creighton uses spacing and quick passing to exploit the zone in their opening round NCAA Tourney win.

Overload the zone by swinging the ball to the corner using a pin screen from 5 for the 3. 1 fills weakside wing to stretch the defense. 3 can shoot it if open.

As the ball is swung from 3 to 4 to 2, 5 cuts to the basket. x3 must cover up 1 on the wing, leaving x5 to have to rotate to the open area 5 is cutting to. If the ball is swung quickly, 2 should have 5 for the layup.
