1 swings ball to 4 and cuts off 5's high post screen to the ball side block as 4 reverses to 3.

1 and 2 wheel to fill perimeter spots. 4 starts to basket cut, then when defender is below free throw line, fades off of 5's screen for a return pass from 3 for a shot or to reset the offense.
