Great team shooting drill to develop a player's shooting skill in transition. Add time and score for a competition aspect. Great drill to get various passing reps as well.

1 will run the floor simulating transition offense
2 will pitch the ball ahead
1 will perform a rip and shot
Multiple Progressions and Moves can be used
-
After passing 2 will go opposite
3 is next in line and will pitch the ball ahead to 2
2 will perform a rip move and shoot
