On the catch, 5 sets a screen for the 3 who curls or rejects to the basket. The 5 immediately flashes back for the pinch post pass.

Pinch post action with the 2 and 5 while a weak side double screen is being set for the 3. 1 and 4 can slip the screen on any switch.
