This is the idea behind a play the Georgia State Men's team went with at the end of the first half of their match up with Gonzaga during the 2022 NCAA Men's Tournament.
GSU started off in a 1-4 Low formation. The idea is the get into a dribble handoff from 1 to 2 and then uses a double high screen or run 2 off a flare if the hand off is denied.
If the pass the flaring 2 is not there, 3 comes up and uses an elevator screen to catch and shoot. If 2 isn't open, he/she has to open out further for the catch.
3 then has two screen choices in 4 and 5. The used screen pops, the rejected screen rolls.
3 has a roll pass and 3 outside shooters he or she can locate.
