About This Play/Drill

In this diagram and embedded video we look at a set play with action on both sides of the court to keep the defense busy from helping. Getting the ball to the middle with dual actions going on make it hard to read both actions, but it makes it really hard for the defense to help, so if the actions are executed well, it will lead to something good for the offense.
