About This Play/Drill

This FastDraw Post Up is a sideline out of bounds set that you can use to isolate you post with a weak side double screen for a shooter. Add to your FastDraw Library by clicking the button below the diagrams.

  • Basketball Play - Post Up: Fast Model - Sideline Attack
  • Basketball Play - Post Up: Fast Model - Sideline Attack
  • Basketball Play - Post Up: Fast Model - Sideline Attack

  • 3 and 4 set cross screens for 1 and 2. 5 inbounds to 1.
     

  • 1 reverses to 3 shaping up after screen. 4 sets back screen for 5 diving to ball side post. 3 looks to feed 5 in post.
     

  • If 5 does not have position, 1 and 4 set a stagger screen for 2. 3 can hit 2 coming off the screens or 4 rolling to basket after screening.
