This is the the basic set for this Pick and Roll ball screen. With the guard setting up from out the 3pt line.

The 1 & 5 runs a P& R to starts the play. The 2 set up on the left block and sets a backscreen for 5 who will continue to roll, to the low post on the right block. The 1 will swing the ball to 4, who can feed to 5 into the post or pass to the 3 in the right corner, Who has the option to feed 5the ball, or hit an open shot.
