About This Play/Drill

South Dakota women's team is my favorite team to study right now in all of basketball. They run great stuff and they know how to play the game. Their ability to change speeds in the half court is what makes all their different actions in sets they run so hard to guard. Every cut and screen creates space to attack the rim. Here is one of their sets that has multiple actions.
