The 3 moves with the ball to the block, The 4 will slide down to set a stagger screen with 5.
4 will be on the top side as 1 is coming back to the big's side after receiving the return pass from the 2.
3 will come off the screen hard. 1 will keep their dribble toward the 3 and hit the 3 of the screen for shot. Options to hit 4 or 5 in the stack as well.
